- 2 lbs Halibut fillets
- 2 limes, cut in half
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 forkful minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat grill to high. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the Halibut fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the Halibut fillets on the preheated grill. It should take about 5 minutes on each side. When the fillets are done they should have grill marks and the fish should be flaky.
- While the Halibut is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook it until it starts to lightly brown. Squeeze the second lime into the pan and add butter and cilantro.
- Serve the Halibut with the cilantro garlic sauce drizzled over them.
