What are the benefits of becoming a Pro.
As a Pro, you’ll enjoy exclusive pricing, fast design services to help you win more bids, direct access to a dedicated Pro Account Manager who responds quickly, and immediate access to management for urgent needs. In short, we’re here to help you work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. We can also refer your company to potential customers who contact us looking for services in your area.
What kind of discounts can I expect?
Pro pricing depends on the brands you purchase and the size of your order. Certain items are subject to minimum sale price (MSP) policies and can’t be discounted. However, freight costs are always covered — a big advantage in today’s shipping climate. Pro customers receive discounts on select brands when logged into their Pro account on BBQ Island or by working directly with their Pro Account Manager.
How do I get pro pricing?
You’ll have a Pro account set up with a login for the BBQ Island website. When logged in, any available discounts will automatically display. You can purchase directly online, or if you need a custom quote or want to inquire about products not listed, simply call or email us for personalized assistance.
How do I place an order?
Pro pricing is available online or over the phone. If you have questions, your Pro Account Manager is ready to help. We can create custom quotes and email them with payment links. BBQ Island accepts credit/debit cards, PayPal, ShopPay and Checks. Be aware that checks take time to arrive and process, so consider project timelines when picking a payment option. We do not release product until checks clear which typically take about a week after receiving.
How can I be sure I get the items on time?
Our order system allows us to hold your in-stock items for up to 45 days at no storage charge, ensuring your products arrive when you’re ready to start the job. While we maintain a 27,000 sq ft warehouse to stock key items, recent supply chain challenges, tariffs, and economic conditions may cause some inventory to be backordered. If this occurs, we’ll contact you immediately to resolve the issue and keep your project on track.
What can I expect after I order?
You’ll first receive an order confirmation email confirming your payment. Our team processes orders Monday–Friday, with most shipping within 2–5 business days via Freight, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size. If there are any delays, we’ll contact you.
