Funny enough I was looking for accessories and realize there was no review here, but if you are looking to buy this smoker, it’s the first one I’ve ever bought. The customer service was amazing. It’s treated me well so far. The only thing I would say is be cautious that once you start cooking on this thing, you find yourself on it all the time so stock up on pellets. I have a few neighbors that have different smokers and by far everyone has been extremely excited that this was the first choice I made. You can’t go wrong.

Excellent pellets that were shipped promptly and work well in my MAK One Star General pellet smoker.

The grill came on a pallet and every square inch of the compartment below the grill was filled with packaged grill parts. This unit is well built and heavy. I moved it to my cook shack using my small John Deere tractor with a pallet fork attachment. Easy to understand instructions. Huge grilling area and lots of storage area on either side. It's much nicer than my previous smaller Summit grill that I bought 10 years ago.

The Kamado Joe Classic 3 is all that I had hoped it would be. The bundle with the Joe-Tisserie, grill cover and bags of lump charcoal all at an attractive price make it a great deal. Delivery was actually faster than I had expected and the 410 lb package was delivered without damage. I’m a very happy customer and have no hesitation recommending the KJ3 and BBQ Island.

The grill is very high quality and worth the cost, but the best value is the extensive number of instructional videos that Blaze has produced. They are uniformly very well done and helpful.

Love this thing it’s a different type of grill for sure but works great food tastes great and can get extremely hot if need be! Glad I purchased it!!
